Wish Photography Studio Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of Wish Photography’s studio space (the “Studio”) located at 963-965 Port Road, Cheltenham, South Australia, hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” and the Client, hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your.” By booking and using the Studio, You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Confirmation: To secure a booking, You must contact Us via [Booking Method] to check the Studio’s availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email from Us.
2.2. Payment: The Studio rental fee and any additional charges must be paid in full before the scheduled booking date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation Policy: If You need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify Us 5 working days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in a forfeiture of the rental fee.
3.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
4. Studio Usage
4.1. Studio Hours: The Studio is available for use during the agreed-upon hours specified in your booking. Overtime may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
4.2. Equipment: You may use the equipment provided in the Studio, subject to proper care and responsibility. Any damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
5. Studio Rules
5.1. Conduct: You agree to use the Studio for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not disturb or inconvenience other clients.
5.2. Cleanliness: Please leave the Studio in the same condition as you found it. A cleaning fee may be charged if the Studio requires excessive cleaning after your use.
5.3. Guests: Any additional persons accompanying You to the Studio must adhere to these terms and conditions.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs while using the Studio.
6.2. Insurance: You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment, personal belongings, and any third-party liability are adequately covered by your insurance.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Your use of the Studio.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate Your booking at any time if You fail to comply with these terms and conditions, without providing a refund.
9. Amendments
We may amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to You via email or on our website.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
By proceeding with your booking and using the Studio, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
